Our Future - Strategic Priorities 2019 - 2022

As we approach the 25th Anniversary of St Luke’s, it gives me great pleasure to share Our Future, our Strategic Priorities for 2019 to 2022. These priorities are not a dream or a vision, They are a commitment. They are a firm commitment to our staff, students, parents and our community to ensure our students are engaged and challenged. A firm commitment to strengthen our focus on performance, to promote exceptional teaching and learning, to nurture the growth of the School, to ensure our physical facilities match our human resources. A firm commitment to developing graduates who exhibit strength of heart, mind and character ready and willing to take their place in a global community. What an exciting time to be part of the St Luke’s community.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to be a dynamic and inclusive learning community, grounded in our Anglican traditions and embracing excellence, service, innovation and global thinking.

Our graduates will be known for their strength of heart, mind and character with a clear understanding of their place in God’s world.

Our Values

All members of our school community aspire to uphold our values through;

Serving God, respecting yourself and others, being tolerant, compassionate, empathetic and socially responsible.

Setting aspirational goals and working towards them, be organised, be involved, work with others, show commitment and do your best.

Show pride in your presentation, have pride in your work, embrace a growth mindset, your actions reflect what is morally right and be proud of your school.

These values are given life through ‘The St Luke’s Way’. This gives guidance to all members of our school community for their actions and behaviours.
