St Luke's ICT Department is aware of some Microsoft email account holders (including Hotmail, Live, and Outlook account holders) not receiving St Luke's direct emails due to the school's emails being flagged as spam. Please see the following instructions on how to fix this issue, ensuring emails from St Luke's are once again received.
Some parents within our community have reported they are no longer receiving emails from St Luke's, or they are receiving email but it is repeatedly going to their spam folders instead of their inbox.
This can easily be fixed, however simple adjustments must be made to your email account which we need each individual person affected to do themselves.
Two Easy Steps:
1. If you are still receiving emails from St Luke's, but they are going to your spam folder, please select any single email from us in your spam folder and mark it as "Not Junk" or "Not Spam".
2. Add the school's email to your Safe Sender list. The instructions and short videos below demonstrate this process for common email clients.
If the problem persists two days after making this change, we encourage you to please contact our IT department on(07) 4132 7522or email us by clicking here.
