Privacy Policy

St Luke’s Anglican School, Old Saints and St Luke’s Parents and Friends’ Association are dedicated to keeping your details private. Information that we collect is strictly secure; we do not pass on, sell or trade any of your personal details to anyone. St Luke’s administrators only use your details to identify your payments and apply them to your school fees or other services that have been paid for. Reporting

An Annual Report is required by the Queensland State Government and the Commonwealth Government to communicate to parents and the broader community a range of educational topics as defined by the Government. Security Policy

When purchasing from St Luke’s Anglican School, Old Saints and St Luke’s Parents and Friends’ Association, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break and is the industry standard.

Pricing Policy

St Luke’s Anglican School, Old Saints and St Luke’s Parents and Friends’ Association sets its fees and charges at a competitive level when measured against other similar schools. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.

Refund Policy

Payments made to St Luke’s Anglican School, Old Saints and St Luke’s Parents and Friends’ Association are not refundable unless it is specifically indicated in that particular occasion. A complete copy of the School's enrolment policy is available on request from our Enrolments Manager, Caroline Warnock.

Complaints Regarding Child Sexual Abuse or Sexual Misconduct

St Luke’s Anglican School takes all complaints of child sexual abuse and sexual misconduct very seriously. If you are a current student, or the parent of a current student, and you wish to make a complaint or seek assistance, please contact one of St Luke's Student Protection Officers or the Principal. If you are a past student and wish to make a complaint, seek assistance or information, please phone the Director of Professional Standards of the Anglican Church Southern Queensland, Greg Milles, on 1800 242 544. Student Protection Policy

St Luke's Anglican School supports the rights of children and young people and is wholly committed to ensure the safety, welfare and wellbeing of students and children. St Luke's is dedicated to responding to allegations of any student harm that has resulted from the conduct or actions of any person, including our employees. This commitment includes the provision of a safe and supportive living and learning environment for all students and requires all employees, volunteers and visitors to model and encourage behaviour that upholds the dignity and protection of students and children from harm.

As a direct result of recommendations made by the Queensland Child Protection Commission of Inquiry, a number of amendments have been made to legislation relating to child protection and the education sector. These changes commenced on 19 January 2015 and the Policy and Procedures for Anglican Schools commenced on 20 April 2015.
